Liam Payne Doesn't Want You To Get Your Hopes Up About a One Direction Reunion With Zayn Malik

All four guys of One Direction are for certain that one day, the band will reunite — even Liam Payne is.

However, you shouldn’t count or get your hopes up about Zayn Malik reuniting with the guys as well.

During an interview with Bizarre Life with Dan Wootton, Liam explained that Zayn, “doesn’t really want to. That’s on him, really.”

“[He] doesn’t really support the cause [a reunion]. So it’s not like he could be,” he shared. “He feels hurt and scorned in some way that I don’t really understand. That’s down to him.”

Liam also opened up about Zayn‘s break from the band.

“[It's] very sad because One Direction was a wonderful, wonderful time in all of our lives. It was like uni, but on steroids. It was mad. It was madness. It was so much fun. I don’t understand how you can come out of that experience and say the things that he says sometimes,” he shared.

“It doesn’t make any sense to me, but there you go.”
