Charli XCX's New Music Video for 'Boys' Features Joe Jonas Eating Pancakes

A few months ago, Charli XCX collaborated with Rita Ora on a catchy song called “Girls,” and today she dropped her first single since March, “Boys” — and it features a whole host of celebrity men.

The video opens on Joe Jonas pouring syrup on a stack of pancakes, which is a visual that we won’t soon forget. The video also features Cameron Dallas, Charlie Puth, Tristan Evans and James McVey from The Vamps, and so many more.

The video is poppy and fun. Its use of pastel pinks and the “boys” in the video having pillow fights and posing with teddy bears help to subvert gender norms and call attention to how “girls” are usually portrayed in videos.
