So You Think You Can Dance's Taylor Sieve Calls Judges' Praise 'Shocking'

Taylor Sieve is one of the favorites on season 14 of So You Think You Can Dance.

The Minnesota native has received a ton of praise from viewers, her All-Star partner Robert Roldan and the judges since the Top 10 announcement last week — and she’s honestly shocked about that.

“It’s shocking to receive that praise from them because I wasn’t shown a lot in the audition episodes,” Taylor revealed in a new interview. “So to finally make it onto the live shows and receive that kind of praise, everyone is kind of like ‘who is this girl and where did she come from?’”

She adds that the show is a “very humbling experience. It’s a lot of hard work. But it’s something I’ve always wanted to do and experience, and now that I’m here it’s very surreal…very surreal.”

Taylor is now part of the Top 8 dancers on the show and will be going on tour with her fellow competitors starting in October.
