Rowan Blanchard speaks on stage at the Variety Inclusion Summit held at the Montage Beverly Hills in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon (November 2).

The 16-year-old actress and activist joined actress Geena Davis, and filmmakers Lee Daniels and Paul Feig, and more at the event, which was presented by Mercedes-Benz.
