Victoria Justice had us screaming so many yes’s at the NYX Professional Makeup and Samsung VR Launch Party held at Beauty & Essex on Thursday night (December 14) in Los Angeles.

Not only was her ripped jean skirt the coolest thing we’ve ever seen, the 23-year-old actress paired it with a super dark deep-red lipstick, leather-like top and silver hoops. It was such a hot look!
