Bella Hadid Gets Real About Her Struggles With Anxiety
Bella Hadid arrives in style for the Dior Homme Menswear Fall/Winter 2018-2019 during Paris Fashion Week at Grand Palais on Saturday afternoon (January 20) in Paris, France.
The 21-year-old model recently appeared on her mom, Yolanda Hadid‘s new show, Making a Model, which puts aspiring models through an eight-week bootcamp, and there, opened up about her struggles with anxiety.
“My sister [Gigi Hadid] is very bubbly and very out there and I was always very reserved,” she shared during a sneak peek of this past week’s episode.
“I would literally start crying and shaking if I had to do interviews at red carpet events. It was really nerve-racking and it’s scary and it’s not only you.”
Bella adds that it does get easier with time: “You still have to talk to people every day and then you’re like, ‘Hey, I guess it’s my job. I have to do it.’”
