Justin Bieber Gets Lunch with Hailey After Debuting New Tattoo!

Just hours after Justin Bieber debuted his new tattoo on Instagram, we have some brand new candid photos of him!

The 26-year-old singer was spotted getting lunch with his wife Hailey Bieber at the Italian restaurant Il Pastaio on Tuesday afternoon (September 8) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Justin took to Instagram on Monday night to show off his new tattoo to fans. The tattoo is a long-stemmed rose, which was done by artist Dr. Woo.

The flower tattoo is on the opposite side of his neck as his “Forever” tattoo, which he got last December, which is seemingly in honor of wife. (She has a similar tattoo on her neck, but the word is “lover.”)
