Shawn Mendes Supports Camila Cabello at 'Cinderella' Premiere in Miami

The cute couple hit the red carpet together just days after the movie’s first premiere in Los Angeles. Did you miss what happened?

In a recent interview, Camila finally gave an answer to a question she’s been getting a lot – if Shawn could have played the Prince in the movie instead of Nicholas Galitzine.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Camila admits it might have been a little weird.

“It would’ve been weird [if he played the prince], because he’s my boyfriend IRL,” she said, but did mention he’s been the best support for her with the movie. “[But] he’s the best and I think we are really supportive of each other and always want to see each other.”

Camila added that Shawn actually flew to the set in London for one special scene: the ball!

“He was there for the whole beginning of it, and was so supportive. I’m lucky I have some awesome people in my life,” she said.

Cinderella starts streaming Friday, September 3, on Amazon Prime.
