Josephine Langford, Kaia Gerber & Mason Gooding Cast In 'The Great Gatsby' Reading

Josephine Langford, Kaia Gerber, Mason Gooding and more get into character for a table read of The Great Gatsby.

The actors sat down for the reading of the F Scott Fitzgerald novel, which is hosted by Acting For a Cause to benefit amfAR.

Also featured in the reading are Jake Picking, Nat Wolff, Owen Thiele, Rivkah Reyes, Ty Molbak and Kahyun Kim.

Kaia stars as Daisy Buchanan, Josephine plays Jordan Baker, Nat plays Jay Gatsby, Jake plays Tom Buchanan, Owen plays Owl Eyes, and Mason plays Nick Carraway.

“Having the opportunity to play Daisy was such an honor,” Kaia told Variety‘s Marc Malkin. “The Great Gatsby has always been one of my favorite books, and I always felt there were so many layers to Daisy in particular. I loved exploring those layers on a deeper level. Being able to do this alongside incredible actors and for an important cause made the experience so much more meaningful to me.”

The Great Gatsby reading will debut on Acting for a Cause’s website and YouTube channel, and amfAR’s Tiltify page on Friday (November 19) at 9pm ET and 6 pm PT.
