OlderSupergirl's Melissa Benoist Is Reuniting with Greg Berlanti for New HBO Max Series!
Melissa Benoist is heading back to television following the end of Supergirl a few months ago… and she’s going to work with Greg Berlanti again!
The duo are teaming up the new HBO Max series The Girls on the Bus, which Greg is is executive producing with The Vampire Diaries‘ Julie Plec.

THR reports that the series is “inspired by a chapter of Amy Chozick’s best-selling book. The comedic, character-driven drama chronicles four female journalists who follow every move of a parade of flawed presidential candidates, while finding friendship, love, and scandal along the way.”
Melissa will play one of the four journalists.
For those who don’t know, Melissa launched a production company one year ago with Warner Bros. TV and it’s likely that she’ll get an executive producer credit on the series.
