Loki season two was originally set to debut in summer 2023, with the return of Tom Hiddleston as Loki, plus Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Rafael Casal, Sophia Di Martino and Ke Huy Quan. Jonathan Majors may also be returning as Kang the Conqueror following the events of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

The second season will pick up in the aftermath of the shocking season one finale when Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority.

After Owen teased at the end of March that season two could be coming end of summer or in September, it was officially announced that the new episodes will premiere on October 6th.
