5. Jennifer Lawrence hated singing “The Hanging Tree” for the franchise…

Jennifer shows off her voice in the franchise, but it turns out that it was not one of her favorite parts of the job.

“She was horrified to sing,” director Francis Lawrence told The Radio Times, via Vanity Fair. “She cried a little bit in the morning before [the scene]. . . She’d probably tell you it was her least favorite day [on set].”

He continued, saying, “She’ll probably never really understand it because she’s so sensitive about the singing, but she did it and she did it all day . . . and she hated me for making her do it all day . . . but she did and it’s great.”
