The 26-year-old Twilight hunk “blows it out of the park” in his next movie, The Killing Game, according to co-star Nina Dobrev.

“Kellan does a really good job because as much as we’ve seen him in Twilight and other movies, this role is really all about him and he really delivers,” the Vampire Diaries star told MTV News.

The action thriller centers around a world where men fight in a modern gladiatorial arena for the entertainment of online viewers.

“I think people are going to be really pleasantly surprised and excited to see him taking on such a big role,” Nina, who plays Kellan‘s wife in the flick, added.
