Peyton Meyer Throws His Boots On For The Boot Campaign

Peyton Meyer trades in his kicks for boots in this new shot in support of The Boots Campaign.

“I grew up with my neighbor Kirk. He would show me all of his gear and the bullet marks in his helmet. Sometimes he would have the bullet stuck into his helmet, and I just thought one day, what if he just didn’t come back. That would be crazy, but it’s a scary feeling,” the 16-year-old Girl Meets World star shared.

Peyton added, “He is motivating me to get my boots on for our heroes. America should definitely get their boots on because there’s people fighting for their country and they can’t be on the battle field, but what they need to do is put their boots on to represent our people and our heroes that are fighting for our country. Everyone needs to put their #BootsOn!: throw them on!”

He continued, “My great grandpa actually fought in World War II. I heard stories of him and saw pictures of him in his uniform, he was a pilot actually.”

The Boot Campaign’s #BootsOn! initiative supports the 1.4 million men and women serving in our military and raises awareness of military issues and provides vital assistance for our nation’s heroes and their families.
