Riley Keough Wanted To Be Cast on 'Riverdale' & Her Wish Was Granted!

Riley Keough is set to join Riverdale in season three in a recurring role.

According to Vulture, the 29-year-old actress (who is also the granddaughter of Elvis Presley) will star as Laurie Lake, an “all-American farm girl”.

Laurie actually “turns the heads of Archie and Jughead after she takes them in one night when they’re in need of shelter.”

According to the report, the chemistry between both guys and Laurie is “warm and possibly flirtatious,” but it leads to “more danger than they could have imagined.”

Riverdale returns on Wednesday, October 10th on The CW.
