Sofia Carson Relives Her Best Moments of 2018

Sofia Carson is giving thanks to her amazing fans for her fantastic 2018.

In a new Instagram post, the 25-year-old Perfectionists star looked back on all her memories and gave the biggest shout out to her fans.

“Of all the magic I’ve been blessed to experience over these 365 days, you are the best part of it all,” she wrote. “Thank you for loving me the way you do. With my heart in my hand, I truly cannot wait for all the adventures that 2019 will bring our way.”

Sofia added, “I adore you, forever. thank you, infinitely.”

We can’t wait to see what Sofia will do and bring us in 2019.
