Harry Styles Reacts To His First Grammys Nominations

Harry Styles is reacting to the news of his first ever Grammy award nominations!

The 26-year-old musician and actor is up for three awards at the 2021 Grammys – Best Pop Vocal Album for Fine Line, Best Pop Solo Performance for “Watermelon Sugar,” and Best Music Video for “Adore You.”

In Harry‘s Variety interview for being named the Hitmaker of the Year, he opened up for the first time about the noms.

“It’s always nice to know that people like what you’re doing, but ultimately — and especially working in a subjective field — I don’t put too much weight on that stuff. I think it’s important when making any kind of art to remove the ego from it,” Harry said.

“It’s about the work that you do when you’re not expecting any applause,” he added, citing the painter Matisse.
