Avantika, Kerri Medders and Michael Bishop took to Instagram to share their new videos for the iconic Disney Channel wand ID.
The wand ID is like a right of passage for Disney Channel stars and first debuted in 2003. Some of the first stars to do it include Hilary Duff, Tia and Tamera Mowry, Tahj Mowry and Raven Symone.

Avantika is starring in a brand new Disney Channel Original Movie!
The young actress, who you may recognize from Disney+’s Diary of a Future President, plays Rhea in the new movie Spin.
Avantika Vandanapu is starring in a Disney Channel Original Movie!
It was just announced that the 15-year-old actress will take the lead as Rhea Kumar in Spin.
The new DCOM follows an Indian American teen who discovers her artistic side through the unique world of DJ culture and learns she has a passion for creating mixes that blend the textures of her Indian heritage and the world around her.
Rhea Kumar is described as an effervescent 15-year-old who lives with her tight-knit multigenerational family. After her mother’s death, she has been her father’s emotional rock, and her life revolves around her family’s restaurant, her eclectic group of friends, and her after-school coding club.
Everything changes when she falls for aspiring DJ Max and a long lost passion for music is reignited. Rhea discovers that she has a natural gift for creating beats and producing music, but must find the courage to follow her true inner talent.
“We look forward to watching Avantika lead this vibrant story of a teen discovering unexpected aspirations to create, remix, perform and ultimately define her art. We’re equally thrilled to see this special story come to life in [director] Manjari Makijany‘s talented hands,” Lauren Kisilevsky, vice president, Original Movies, Disney Channel, said in a statement.

Karan Brar steps out for the premiere of his new show Mira, Royal Detective held at The Walt Disney Studios on Saturday (March 7) in Burbank, Calif.
The 21-year-old actor was joined by co-stars Leela Ladnier and Avantika Vandanapu, who you may recognize from Diary of a Future President.
The three are just a few of many South Asian actors who voice characters in the show, which is inspired by the cultures and customs of India.
Also in attendance were co-stars Freida Pinto, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Maulik Pancholy, Karan Soni, Karen David, Roshni Edwards, Kamran Lucas, Rizwan Manji, Parvesh Cheena, Sonal Shah, Hari Kondabolu, Iqbal Theba, and Julian Zane.
Set in the magical Indian-inspired land of Jalpur, the series introduces a brave and resourceful girl named Mira, a commoner who is appointed to the role of royal detective by the queen. The series centers on Mira, who, along with her friend Prince Neel, creative cousin Priya, and comical mongoose sidekicks Mikku and Chikku, set out on mystery-solving adventures that highlight critical thinking and encourage deductive reasoning for young viewers.
A second season has already been picked up, and the show hasn’t even started airing yet!
Mira, Royal Detective premieres Friday, March 20th, at 11am EDT on Disney Channel and at 7pm EDT on Disney Junior.
