In the new episode “Big Time Dance,” it’s the last day of school, and the Big Time Rush boys are determined to end the year in style. After volunteering to organize the first Palm Woods school dance, they have one day to secure the ideal location, find the perfect dates and nail their first performance in front of an audience.

Kendall Schmidt, Logan Henderson, James Maslow (in Creative Recreation Gunmetal Testa) and Carlos Pena make a mad dash as they’re chased down by a mob of fans as they film the season one finale episode of Big Time Rush in Los Angeles on Tuesday (April 6).
After filming, the guys took time to sign autographs and pose for photos. Logan and Carlos even signed fan’s cheeks!
During filming, the boys managed to have fun…with Logan pushing Carlos off the stage! He tweeted later on, “Don’t worry he’s okay. We’re guys… we rough house! All in good fun :p.”

The Big Time Rush crew — Kendall Schmidt, Logan Henderson, James Maslow and Carlos Pena — hit up the orange carpet at Nickelodeon’s 2010 Kids’ Choice Awards held at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion on Saturday (March 27) in Los Angeles.
JJJ hung out all week with the guys and got the deets on working with the lovely Erin Sanders (pictured with Savannah Jayde).
Kendall and James shared, “She has this laugh where she literally hits the ground. She’ll start laughing, her feet go up, continue to laugh, hit the ground and then she’ll get up again.”
They continued, “We like to say that she finds us hilarious. We’ll be somewhere having a normal conversation and she’ll just start laughing. We’ll keep going and she’ll still be laughing. She’s got a great sense of humor and it’s so great working with her.”
During the show, the guys got to introduce Rihanna! Hopefully next year, we’ll see the four on stage performing and getting a blimp!

JJJ was there to get all the deets on the guys’ prom experiences, including what type of girl they would take to prom. Check out their answers:
James: “Someone who can dance. I don’t even care if they’re a great dancer. Just someone who’s not really shy and can hang out and have a great time.”
Kendall: “I think that’s me too. I’m not a very good dancer so if they could make up what I’m lacking…if they could make me look okay or even worse so I wouldn’t have to worry about it all.”

Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson and Carlos Pena strike almost the same positions with the JJJ coasters backstage at the 2010 Nickelodeon Upfronts in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning (March 24).
The guys chatted with JJJ about what goes through their mind before they perform on stage. While James is having, “Happy thoughts. Kind of like Peter Pan, just a lot of happy thoughts. All four of us come together in a circle and just silently wish each other happy thoughts,” Carlos and Logan are having sugar.
They dished, “Red bull and water. There’s definitely nerves which turns into adrenaline. Lots of water which keeps you hydrated.”

The Big Time Rush guys are teaming back up with Boys Like Girls to launch the 2010 Prom Season with JCPenney and Seventeen magazine!
Carlos Pena, James Maslow, Logan Henderson and Kendall Schmidt will be judging the Prom Fashion Show at JCPenney in the Westfield Culver City Shopping Center in Culver City THIS Thursday.
The live runway show of the hottest prom fashions from JCPenney will be hosted by Karli Henriquez of KIIS FM 102.7, with a special appearance by the cast of Big Time Rush. The finale of the event will also include the announcement of the winning Ultimate Prom entry, with an exclusive performance by Boys Like Girls.
The event will also stream live on the web via Livestream and also on JCPenney’s facebook page.
The event starts at 4PM ET/PT on Thursday, March 25, 2010.
