While Haters Back Off was cancelled after two seasons, Miranda is returning to the streaming service with a comedy special.
Variety reports that “Netflix has been aggressively spending on stand-up comedy over the last two years, inking pacts with big-name comedians including Jerry Seinfeld, Amy Schumer, Chris Rock, Judd Apatow, Sarah Silverman, Tracy Morgan and Dave Chappelle” – and it’s definitely not lost on Miranda.
“All the most famousest people in the world have a comedy special on Netflix,” she shared in her video announcement. “I’m like, ‘Hello, why don’t I have one of those?!’”
“Move over Stranger Things, Mirfandas are taking over,” Miranda adds.
Played by pregnantColleen Ballinger, the special will be taped during her September 15th tour stop held at the Kennedy Center’s Eisenhower Theater in Washington, D.C.
While a lot of fans are elated for the mega social media creator and her fiance, Erik Stocklin, some are getting sick of all the bump photos she’s been sharing along the way.
Colleen found a hilarious way to clap back at all the haters on Instagram yesterday.
“Getting a lot of comments asking me to not have photos with my bump anymore. I’m so sorry I’m offending so many of you,” she wrote. “Since I can’t do anything about my bump for the next 6 months cuz my baby needs to grow in there, I’ll try to be sensitive about the photos I post from now on that I’m in. I hope you can forgive me for taking photos of myself while I’m pregnant. It was so rude and selfish of me for doing that to you all.”
After her sarcastic and funny message, Colleen proceeded to wrap her bump into nothing!
“JK I DON’T CARE IF Y’ALL DONT WANNA SEE MY BUMP CUZ IT’S CUTE AND I’M PREGNANT AF,” Colleen added at the end. “If u don’t like my bump BYEEEE.”
The 31-year-old entertainer stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert for an appearance and dished about Miranda Sings‘ new book “My Diarrhe”, her pregnancy and most importantly, how to make a video go viral.
Colleen shared that it’s all in the title.
“Have something in the title that’s shocking, emotional, epic, some catchy word like that,” she shared. “On top of that, think about everything we’ve talked about…”
They came up with a title together, and the show actually used it! See it below:
The 31-year-old creator opened up about her gender reveal and why she chose to find out the way she did.
“I’ve seen a lot of gender reveals online and they’re all so fancy and really intense,” she shared. “That is not me. If you’re looking for really fancy, beautiful reveal, you’re on the wrong channel.”
Colleen added, “I was a mess. I feel like I needed to say that [before you watch]. It wasn’t well thought out or planned out…It’s very me.”
It’s just been a little over a week that Colleen Ballingerannounced she was pregnant with her first child, and now she’s talking about revealing it to her fans during her appearance on Live! With Kelly & Ryan.
“I waited until I was three months [along] to tell everyone, and it was so hard because I share everything,” Colleen revealed on the program.
Colleen Ballinger is wearing some gorgeous bling on her left ring finger these days – a pink sapphire, oval ring that definitely sparkles in the sunlight.
Colleen explains in her new vlog that “when Erik proposed to me, he gave me the stone that’s gonna go on my wedding ring. It’s been in his family for many generations but he wanted to design the ring together which I thought was the sweetest thing in the world.”
In the meantime though, they also purchased this pink ring that she’ll be wearing on her upcoming tour and before the actual ring is done.
“We just wanted another ring to celebrate life while we’re waiting on my actual engagement ring to be made.”
Well, we knew this one was coming… YouTube star Miranda Sings has announced her pregnancy in a new video.
