Have you seen the new animated posters for Insurgent? They’re so cool!
Featuring Shailene Woodley (Tris), Theo James (Four), Naomi Watts (Evelyn), Kate Winslet (Jeanine) and Octavia Spencer (Johanna), the posters send you into the world of Divergent, ahead of the film’s premiere on March 20th.
“She’s left with a lot of confusion as far as what the future holds,” Shailene dished to EW. “But she’s also left with a lot of guilt from the war, from losing her parents and from Will, so [in Insurgent] you see a newfound strength in her for revenge, as well as a lot of internal battles that she’s trying to weave her way around.”
Theo added, “[In] this movie, I wanted it to be clear that obviously things have changed and he’s fallen in love with Shai‘s character, but at the same time, he’s still the same man. So I don’t want him to suddenly be like Prince Charming or something. So when you first meet him, he is trying to protect her at the beginning of the movie, and calm her, and make sure she doesn’t make any mistakes. But at the same time, they’re fugitives in this faction that they shouldn’t be in, and he knows that they’ve got to move quickly. And then all hell breaks loose.”

“Insurgent” Behind The Scenes Featurette
Shailene Woodley and Theo James get to work on a new scene for their movie Insurgent while filming in the chilly Atlanta weather on Friday morning (December 19).
The 23-year-old actress and the 30-year-old actor were both seen bundling up in their overcoats to stay warm in between takes.
Shailene recently chatted with Entertainment Weekly about filming stunts for the new movie in a harness.
“We all had this great vision to make this movie even more action packed,” Shai said. “It pinches and it’s uncomfortable, but you feel like you’re Tinker Bell or Peter Pan.”

Shailene Woodley wraps her hair in a cloth while heading to the set of Insurgent in Atlanta, Ga., on Monday afternoon (August 25).
The 22-year-old actress was seen walking to set with Theo James while other co-stars Rosa Salazar and Keiynan Lonsdale headed back to base camp.

“Now that we’ve set up the world in the first one, you start with a movie that’s full of heart and a lot of action,” Theo recently told BuzzFeed about the second film. “It’s so much bigger and has all these rich themes of trust and betrayal and a love story between two people that you haven’t seen in films of this nature before!”
