In the upcoming episode “iGot A Hot Room,” Spencer (Jerry Trainor) sets out to make Carly’s (Cosgrove) upcoming birthday the best she’s ever had, especially after having ruined her last one. Spencer creates a special gift for his sister �” a lamp made of gummy bears!
However, Carly’s birthday fun is snuffed out when the gummy bear lamp accidentally ignites and sets fire to her bedroom, destroying their grandmother’s irreplaceable antique watch in the process. With the insurance money from the watch and help from Sam (McCurdy), Freddie (Nathan Kress) and Gibby (Noah Munck), Spencer builds Carly the coolest bedroom a girl could ever have.
“iGot a Hot Room” premieres NEXT FRIDAY, July 30, @ 8PM ET/PT on Nickelodeon.

Miranda Cosgrove takes a quick call on her iPhone as she walks around the Grove in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon (June 24).
The 17-year-old actress called into Sirius XM’s Morning Mash Up on Friday morning. Check out what Miranda had to say about one particular date she had:
“I went on a date recently with a guy who, I don’t know if I should be saying this, but he drove on the wrong side of the road. And it was very scary. I’m so scared my mom is going to hear this. It was
really funny, he kept bragging and saying what a great driver he was. And I think he was a little nervous. He was like ‘I’m an amazing driver, I went to this amazing driving school.’ I was kind of making fun of his driving. Then he was like ‘I’m making a U-Turn’ and he turned really fast all cool and he stopped right in front of the restaurant and the valet guy was like ‘Dude you are on the wrong side of the road’.”
But the question remains, does Miranda have a boyfriend? “I have crushes on different people. I have been on a lot of dates. I don’t have a serious boyfriend.”
