The trio opened up about their new film and working together. Check it:
Madelyn on their new film The Year of Spectacular Men: “We devised it as a way to give ourselves jobs that we knew nobody was going to.”
Zoey on working with her mom: “It’s been great to look at you like a coworker and a human. There’s all this pressure on mothers to have all the answers, but I respect you enough to know that you won’t be right all the time.”
Lea on how she raised Zoey and Madelyn: “I grew up super poor in Minnesota and raised them completely differently. I learned you don’t tell kids that they’re talented and smart. You tell them that they have the things they have because of hard work. They were so understanding that I had to work.”

Zoey Deutch opens up about her new accents while sitting down for an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday (July 17) in New York City.
The 23-year-old actress started slipping in and out of a new accent right after she sat down and explained that she’s learning the accents for a new project.
“I’m slipping into this accent that I’m doing… it’s happening already. I knew it would happen,” Zoey explained. “What happened is I’m learning two accents at the same time. One is sort of like if the Chicago accent had a baby with the Fargo accent and that baby smoked cigarettes for 20 years. The other accent that I’m learning is like a high-pitched baby voice.”
The Nerve actress, the Set It Up star, and the Death Note actress stepped out for the event, held for the launch of the brand’s new fragrance line, Maison Christian Dior, at the Maison Christian Dior apartment in Place Vendome on Monday (July 2) in Paris, France.
Emma wore a voile dress printed with “Toile de Jouy;” Zoey donned a white cotton blouse with a multicolor patchwork skirt, a “Diorquake” belt, “DioRider” boots, and a gold choker; and Margaret wore a beige cotton twill jacket and pant printed with “Toile de Jouy.”
