The upcoming season will make a time jump, a short video confirmed at the panel (via TVLine) and shows Hayley caring for an older Hope.
“When we met Hayley, all she ever wanted was family,” Phoebe shared. “Through the events that happened, she created a family on her own with her daughter. I don’t think she feels alone – one, because she has five bodies in the back of her car – and because she has a purpose, a family-driven purpose.”
Julie added about losing Danielle Campbell and Leah Pipes, “It’s a hard thing to explain. You start to feel a redundancy of heroes. If you continue down a certain storyline, you’ll end up taking people in a direction that will isolate them. You get the urge to mix things up and to make things very tragic � so that you can always feel fresh, and you don’t have nine people telling the same story. � We needed to pull the family as tightly together as possible, and excise some of the characters who might conflict with [that plan].”
Tyler Hoechlin joins the Supergirl cast to chat up the new season of the show at SiriusXM’s Entertainment Weekly Radio Channel at Hard Rock Hotel on Saturday (July 23) in San Diego, Calif.
The 14-year-old newcomer, who voices the Polynesian princess in the animated film, got to meet her “mini-me” at the Hasbro booth at the annual convention.
Auli’i also met up with directors Ron Clements, John Musker and producer Osnat Shurer for the Moana panel.
“It was so awesome getting to meet all of the fans on the floor. Even got to sign some autographs! #Moana #SDCC2016,” Auli’i shared on Twitter.
After stopping by SiriusXM’s Entertainment Weekly Radio Channel at Hard Rock Hotel, the cast headed off to the panel, where they debuted the season seven teaser.

The two actresses, plus Henry Simmons, Iain De Caestecker, Clark Gregg, and Ming-Na Wen, met up with Stan Lee on the yacht ahead of the panel, where they introduced that Ghost Rider would be joining the upcoming season.
Gabriel Luna will star as Robbie Reyes, aka the unstoppable Ghost Rider.
“Season 4 will unquestionably be the series’ biggest, most ambitious story yet, and it all begins with the introduction of one of our greatest legacy characters in Ghost Rider,” Jeph Loeb, executive Producer/Head of Marvel Television, shared. “When the Spirit of Vengeance rides into S.H.I.E.L.D., it’ll change everything.”
