The 23-year-old Shadowhunters actress hit the carpet at the event on Sunday (October 13) at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The video shows footage of Ava Michelle and her co-stars from the day she booked the role, traveling to New Orleans to film, table reads, the first day of shooting, getting ready inside trailers, and the last day on set (when she filmed the first scene in the movie).

Anne Winters shows off her Van Halen t-shirt at the Nights of the Jack Friends and Family Night at King Gillette Ranch on Wednesday (October 2) in Calabasas, Calif.

The 25-year-old actress did her own makeup for the event and shared a fun tidbit about walking the carpet and her t-shirt.

“I had already finished walking the carpet and one of the photographers noticed I was wearing my Van Halen T and had me come back ❤️❤️ I think I’ll wear my cool band Ts to every event now. 😎,” she wrote with a video on Instagram.

Ava Michelle is opening up all about her on screen kisses in Tall Girl!

The 17-year-old actress actually shared her first ever on screen kiss with Griffin Gluck in the movie, out of three kissing scenes in the flick.

“Griffin was the first on screen kiss and he was really great about it. I’ve never talked about a kiss so much. You have to choreograph it kind of,” she told J-14. “You kind of have to just make it not awkward.”

“I was nervous, never kissed on screen before. Also, my mom was watching,” Ava added. “The first kissing scene that I filmed was the last scene with Griffin actually. And we do it, I was so nervous.”

“There’s so many people watching you. The director, the producers, and all the cameramen. My mom came out and she was like, ‘Yeah I had to take the headphones off because it was just too loud.’ I was mortified she was listening,” she continued. “It was really interesting. Also, the one in the escape room, that was really awkward because Rico [Paris] and I… It was just really awkward.”

Ava Michelle carries a tiny purse while out and about in New York City on Monday afternoon (September 23).

The 17-year-old actress stopped by Build Series to chat about her new Netflix film, Tall Girl.

During her interview, Ava revealed a funny story from filming involving her character, Jodi, and Griffin Gluck‘s character, Jack.

“The last scene in the first script, he [Griffin] got on the crate and went into kiss me. We kissed and then the crate broke,” Ava shared. “We probably had like 10 crates on the side just in case.”
