In the follow-up to Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Percy (Logan Lerman) travels to the mythical land known as Sea of Monsters to retrieve a golden fleece that is essential to saving an ailing magical tree that protects his home, Camp Half-Blood.

He departs with his Olympian sidekicks Annabeth Chase (Alexandra Daddario) and satyr Grover (Brandon T. Jackson).

Leven Rambin, Jake Abel, and Douglas Smith also star.

Percy Jackson & The Sea of Monsters opens August 16th!

While the two filmed their scene, Alexandra Daddario and Logan Lerman watched from the sidelines. Douglas Smith, who plays Tyson, grabbed a snack.

Joined by Leven Rambin, Alexandra Daddario, Douglas Smith and Brandon T. Jackson, the cast got to work on a dinner scene at Camp Half-Blood.

Recently celebrating her 22nd birthday, Leven just uploaded some fun pics to her Instagram account — including a cute one where pal Grey Damon stopped by.

Jake Abel waves to the cameras as he wraps filming for the day on Percy Jackson & The Olympians: Sea of Monsters in Vancouver, Canada on Tuesday (May 15).

The 24-year-old actor plays Luke in popular film franchise, opposite Logan Lerman, Brandon T. Jackson and Alexandra Daddario.

Leven Rambin and Douglas Smith were also spotted on set, filming in Camp Half-Blood.

“Bullseye has taken on new meaning this monday morning on set of #percyjackson as cyclops and colchis bulls meet,” Douglas tweeted earlier.

The two were joined by Brandon T. Jackson and another Camp Half-Blood cast mate for the sequence.

Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Sea of Monsters follows Percy (Lerman) as he and Annabeth (Daddario) head to the titular sea to find the mythical Golden Fleece, as well as to free Grover (Jackson) who has been captured there.

Logan Lerman, Alexandra Daddario, Douglas Smith and Brandon T. Jackson keep filming on Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Sea of Monsters in Vancouver, Canada on Thursday (April 26).

Also spotted on set: Nathan Fillion! He’ll be playing the God Hermes in the sequel movie.

Logan Lerman heads to the set of Percy Jackson & The Olympians: Sea of Monsters in Vancouver, Canada on Thursday afternoon (April 19).

The 20-year-old actor joined costars Alexandra Daddario and Brandon T. Jackson to film more scenes for the second film in the popular book-to-big screen franchise.

Logan is also pictured hanging with on-screen half brother Douglas Smith, who plays Tyson.

Percy Jackson & The Olympians: Sea of Monsters is expected to debut in theaters in March 2013.
