Debby Ryan has taken a plea deal in her DUI case and she will avoid jail time.
The 23-year-old Jessie actress pleaded no contest to reckless driving after she was arrested in April for DUI. She will be on probation for the next three years and will need to perform community service and complete three months in a DUI program, according to TMZ.
Debby took a plea deal in a hearing on Thursday (June 30) and her two misdemeanor DUI counts were dismissed. She will appear in court in September to determine how much she owes to the owner of the car she damaged.

“I loved the book and knew a lot of my fans had read it,” Debby told JJJ about taking on the project. “My mom and I have a production company and thought this would be a great project to work on together.”
“I loved and adored this cast so much. Going into this I was aware this would be a lot of people’s first major vehicle and I think they all have such futures ahead of them,” she said. “I’m so proud of the work they did on the film.”
Debby has enjoyed stepping behind the camera lately.
“I love them both in different ways,” she told us about acting and producing. “I think I had to be an actress and then begin directing to know what was required of me as a producer. But there’s no feeling like watching this movie and seeing it come to life. “”
So why should you go see Jessica Darling’s It List?

Earlier in the week, news broke that Debby was arrested last week for drunk driving after hitting another car.
“Over the last few days I have had the chance to think about my actions, and I wish I had used better judgement,” Debby wrote on social media in an apology. “I recognize that I am a role model and have always worked hard to set a good example for my millions of fans. I am so sorry to disappoint everyone.”
