Kristen Stewart heads out of Little Dom’s after grabbing a bite to eat on Sunday (July 26) in Los Feliz, Calif.
The 25-year-old actress and her ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson were recently praised by their former Twilight producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey.
“Kristen being the first American actress to win a Cesar was pretty f*cking cool. And Rob’s just worked with a string of people you’d want to be on your filmography when you’re done,” they told THR.
“We keep in touch with all of them in the way you keep in touch with actors who have busy lives and are half your age,” the duo added about the entire Twilight cast. “Every half-year we catch up and try to find something else to work on together. They’ve each been really smart about the way they’ve followed up their Twilight careers in that they’ve not jumped into big studio fare in general. They’ve chosen directors and movies based on the movie, not the size of the movie.” More Here! »
Check out Kristen Stewart being totally badass in this final trailer and poster for her upcoming movie American Ultra!
The film is a fast-paced action comedy about Mike (Jesse Eisenberg), a seemingly hapless and unmotivated stoner whose small-town life with his live-in girlfriend, Phoebe (Stewart), is suddenly turned upside down.
Unbeknownst to him, Mike is actually a highly trained, lethal sleeper agent. In the blink of an eye, as his secret past comes back to haunt him, Mike is thrust into the middle of a deadly government operation and is forced to summon his inner action-hero in order to survive.
Check out what the 25-year-old American Ultra actress had to share:
On reaching peace with her public image: “I’m really proud that I am able to move forward and not fall into every mental crater. That’s a new thing for me. Age has made me smarter and calmer. And it is fucking awesome.”
On her success at a young age: “Between ages 15 and 20, it was really intense. I was constantly anxious. I was kind of a control freak. If I didn’t know how something was going to turn out, I would make myself ill, or just be locked up or inhibited in a way that was really debilitating.”
On apologizing: “Lately, I’ve been doing less of the ‘I’m sooooo sorry.’ And more of the ‘No. Fuck. Jesus.’”
On her past and moving forward: “Speaking very candidly, it was a really traumatic period in my early 20s that kick-started something in me that was a bit more feral.”
Kristen Stewart has her weapons ready while sitting next to her co-star Jesse Eisenberg on the new poster for their film American Ultra, designed just for Comic-Con this weekend.
The movie is set to hit theaters on August 21 and you can be sure to stay tuned to JJJ all weekend long for coverage from Comic-Con in San Diego.
The poster was designed by award-winning artist Jim Evans, who has designed posters for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Saw franchises. He has also worked with bands like The Beastie Boys, The Wu Tang Clan, Rage Against The Machine, and Pearl Jam.
