R5‘s Riker Lynch just revealed that the band’s new single is ready and waiting to be heard!
The bass player, and eldest Lynch sibling in the band, dished about the band’s new music on Twitter to their fans.
“It’s ready,” Riker confirmed when one fan asked him straight out about it. We are so ready to hear it!
Riker also gave fans a sneak peek of what else R5 is working on music wise.
“The guys are rewriting lyrics to one of the new songs. Key word there is ‘re-writing’. They will accept nothing less than great,” he shared, adding, “The working title for this song is Jungle Funk haha not totally sure how that came about but tis true.”
The 18-year-old singer is going to release songs throughout the year instead of just dropping all of her music at once as an album. Read why in our interview below:
Just Jared Jr.: Why did you decide to release your album in chapters? Bea Miller: As a fan of music, I don’t like that artists release one body of music a year and then disappear because it’s hard to relate to that. I wanted to be able to bring my fans along on my journey and have them really feel like they’re living my life with me.
JJJ: What’s your favorite chapter? BM: Blue is actually my favorite chapter because it captures sadness more than the other chapters. That might sound weird but I’ve always been drawn to the rawest emotions.

Dove adds, “I have a lot of influences and I don’t want to give anything away about the things I’m currently working on…It is definitely going to be what a lot of fans would expect for me, but then I think for a lot [of fans], not what they would expect from me.”
Luna Blaise has officially dropped her debut single and you’re going to fall in love with it!
The Fresh Off The Boat actress spoke to JJJ exclusively about the track and getting into the music industry.
“My decision to make music came very organically,’ she tells us. “I come from a very musical family, my mom is a singer, my big brother raps, plays guitar, piano and drums. My dad plays guitar as well, so music has always been a huge part of my upbringing.”
“In the summer of 2016, I was asked to audition for a musical so I put myself on tape. When my managers and agents found out I could sing they suggested I record a cover,” Luna recalls of her first push. “I went into the studio and ended up writing a song. That day I fell in love with the process of writing and recording. It was that simple. I have written 5 songs now.”
Luna added about the single itself: “I wrote ‘Over You’ about a first love and never getting over them. Basically loving them forever no matter what they may go through and never losing that butterfly feeling. My friends and I always talk about our crushes and boys we like. The song isn’t about a single experience it was inspired by all of our ‘First Love’ stories.”
