Scotty McCreery batters up for City of Hope’s 2013 Celebrity Softball Challenge held at Greer Stadium on Saturday morning (June 8) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 19-year-old country singer played alongside Lauren Alaina, Kree Harrison, Phil Vassar, Florida Georgia Line and more for the annual game.

“When we’re out there, we’ve all got big smiles on our faces,” Scotty told the Tennessean. “It means a lot to us as artists.”

The annual softball game puts country stars side-by-side with City of Hope patients in a fun game to raise money for City of Hope’s research, treatment and education programs.

Scotty McCreery is handsome as he arrives at the 2013 CMT Music Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday night (June 5) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 19-year-old singer presented an award with Kellie Pickler during the ceremony. Last year, he won Breakthrough Video of the Year.

“Heading to Nashville for #CMTawards tomorrow night. Will you be watching???” he tweeted the night before.

Last month, Scotty went back to his old stomping grounds at the finale of American Idol in Los Angeles.

The 17-year-old singer was joined by another Idol alum, Scotty McCreery.

Earlier in the week, Jessica hit the stage for a performance during the 2013 Univision Upfronts Concert held at Terminal 5 in New York City.

Scotty McCreery returned to the American Idol stage to perform during the Thursday (April 11) results show!

The 19-year-old country crooner and Idol alum sang his latest single “See You Tonight.” Meanwhile, the Top 5 contestants were revealed!
