Miley Cyrus puts on a big smile as grabs lunch at Chinese restaurant City Wok on Saturday afternoon (January 24) in Studio City, Calif.
The 16-year-old Hannah Montana star was accompanied by BFF dancer Mandy Jiroux and momager Tish. Miley was head-to-toe in black except for long, flowy white cardigan.
Miley and Mandy also hit up their local Starbucks after lunch.
