Tom Felton Joins Caeser: Rise of the Apes!

The more Tom Felton, the better!

According to Chris Petrikin‘s twitter, the 22-year-old actor has joined the cast of Caesar: Rise of the Apes.

The flick, also starring James Franco, John Lithgow, and Freida Pinto, is an origin story in the truest sense of the term. Set in present day San Francisco, the film is a reality-based cautionary tale, a science fiction/science fact blend, where man’s own experiments with genetic engineering lead to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy.

Tom is set to play Brian Cox‘s son. Caesar: Rise of the Apes is due in theaters July 24, 2011.
