Kelsey Chow: D23 Darling

Kelsey Chow keeps it cute as she arrives at the D23 Expo held at the Anaheim Convention Center on Sunday afternoon (August 21) in Anaheim, Calif.

The 19-year-old Pair of Kings actress joined cast mates Mitchel Musso, Doc Shaw and Geno Segers at the event and signed frisbees for awaiting fans.

“Woah. Shout out to 10,000 of the coolest cats around. I’m honored. Thank you kindly,” Kelsey tweeted after the signing.
