Bella Thorne gets a tight hug from boyfriend Garrett Backstrom as the pair enjoy a carnival ride at the Santa Monica Pier on Sunday (October 16) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The 14-year-old actress attended the 2011 Mattel Party on the Pier hosted by Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA with Garrett and a couple of other pals, including BFF Pia Mia, and brother Remy Thorne.
