The 18-year-old actress plays Hailey, an 18-year-old girl whom Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) meets while in rehab.

In the second hour of a special two-hour episode, “The Breaking Point,” Amelia makes the hard decision to enter a rehab facility, and finds strength in an 18 year-old girl, as they both go through the painful detox process.

“The Breaking Point” airs Thursday, November 17th @ 9PM ET/PT on ABC.

Debby is also pictured at the 2011 TV Guide Magazine Hot List Party held at Greystone Manor Supperclub on Monday night (November 7) in West Hollywood, Calif.
