Sarah Hyland & Ariel Winter Sport 'Modern' Vintage

Sarah Hyland and Ariel Winter get gussied up in period pieces while filming new scenes for Modern Family in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (March 7).

The 21-year-old actress, donned red and white polka dots, walked hand in hand with on-screen cousin Aubrey Anderson-Emmons on their way to set.

In a recent interview with Adelaide Now, Sarah dished about the opportunities Modern Family has opened up for her.

“Modern Family has definitely opened up a lot of doors and I will always be grateful,” Sarah shared. “And it’s funny, the roles I’m playing more often now and that people are thinking of me for, it’s more like the stupid party girl, b—– roles and stuff. So it’s kind of funny what one role can do for you. It opens so many doors but those doors are all leading to that character you’re already playing.”
