OlderZoey Deutch Joins 'Beautiful Creatures'
Zoey Deutch is heading down to New Orleans for Beautiful Creatures.
The 17-year-old actress will star as Emily Asher in the book-based movie, Variety reports. Emily is Ethan’s (Jack O’Connell) ex-girlfriend and the ringleader of the high school’s popular clique that conspires against Lena (Alice Englert).
We caught up with Zoey at the 2012 Kids Choice Awards where she dished about the new role.
“Next week I am going to New Orleans to shoot Beautiful Creatures with Jeremy Irons, Emma Thompson and Viola Davis � I am beyond excited and (looks to Avan Jogia) you’re gonna come visit!”
Zoey added, “I don’t know how it’s going to work out because I am a vegetarian and apparently it’s like MEAT! All he [Avan] does is eat meat, so he’s gonna be fine! I love how that’s my biggest concern, like I am moving away for two months but my biggest concern is where am I gonna eat?”
