Julianne Hough‘s hair blows in the wind as she heads back to her car after a quick stop at Whole Foods supermarket on Monday (August 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 23-year-old actress smiled for the photogs as she pulled her grocery cart behind her.

A couple days before, the blonde beauty got a shorter haircut. “Saturday sunshine with my new shorter hair!” Julianne tweeted. “Love @ninezeroone and @riawnacapri.”
