Saorise Ronan: 'Byzantium' Premiere at TIFF

Saoirse Ronan holds co-star Gemma Arterton in a super close hug as they attend the premiere of Byzantium during the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival held at the Ryerson Theatre on Sunday night (September 9) in Toronto, Canada.

The two stars of the film met up after the event and mingled with party goers at the WestEnd Films party for the movie at Soho House.

Saoirse and Gemma play two mysterious women who seek refuge in a run-down coastal resort in Byzantium.

Clara (Arterton) meets lonely Noel, who provides shelter in his deserted guesthouse, Byzantium. Schoolgirl Eleanor (Ronan) befriends Frank (Caleb Landry Jones) and tells him their lethal secret — they were born 200 years ago and survive on human blood. As knowledge of their secret spreads, their past catches up on them with deathly consequence.
