Sarah Hyland: 'Modern Family' WINS at Emmy Awards 2012

Sarah Hyland goes romantic for the 2012 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 23) in Los Angeles.

The 21-year-old Modern Family actress wore a stunning Marchesa dress, which she co-designed, with Brian Atwood heels, Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and a Judith Leiber bag.

Modern Family took home its third consecutive award for Outstanding Comedy Series, plus individual honors for Julie Bowen and Eric Stonestreet.

Just the night before, Sarah and boyfriend Matt Prokop stepped out at the Golden State of Mind event held at Rob Dyrdek‘s Fantasy Factory.
