Sarah Hyland: Trevor Live 2012

Sarah Hyland shows off the bows on her back as she arrives at 2012 Trevor Live held at The Hollywood Palladium on Sunday night (December 2) in Los Angeles.

The 22-year-old Modern Family actress took the stage later in the night to present co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson‘s performance.

The event honored musician Katy Perry and Audi of America. The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth.
