Carly Rae Jepsen blows a kiss on the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2013 held at Makuhari Messe on Saturday night (June 22) in Chiba, Japan.
The 27-year-old singer performed with Momo Kuro and later won Best New Artist Video award – Congrats Carly!!
