Justin Bieber hits the stage during the closing party of the Singapore Formula One Grand Prix held at the Padang Stage on Monday night (September 23) in Singapore.

“Singapore I hear you. #believetour,” the 19-year-old singer tweeted just before his set.

Justin recently teamed up with the SpendSmart Payments Company as the ambassador of the new SpendSmart Card and Cash for College Sweepstakes.

SpendSmart’s financial literacy campaign aims to equip teens and their families with tips and tools to manage their funds responsibly, as well as preparing for a higher education. In conjunction with the campaign, Justin will release his second video of the REAL TALK series, which also encourages teens and their families to start thinking early when planning for college.
