Carly Chaikin is all smiles on the red carpet at People Magazine’s Ones To Watch Party held at Hinoki & The Bird on Wednesday night (October 9) in Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old Suburgatory star was joined at the event by Hunger Games actress Willow Shields.
