Demi Lovato keeps it creepy during her Halloween Party held at PhilyMack Management on Thursday night (October 31) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 21-year-old singer decorated her new home to the nines with creepy decor and brought out DJ Dhanai for some tunes.
