Lorde: New Zealand Music Awards Winner!

Lorde takes the stage to perform during the 2013 New Zealand Music Awards at Vector Arena on Thursday (November 21) in Auckland, New Zealand.

The 17-year-old singer took home multiple awards – including Single of the Year, Breakthrough Artist of the Year, and People’s Choice Award.

“EIGHT WEEKS at number 1 in the US blows my mind. thank you so much, you lovely people; you have, quite simply, turned my life upside down,” she recently tweeted.

Earlier in the month, Lorde was spotted arriving at the Ed Sullivan Theater for an appearance on Letterman in New York City.
