Bella Thorne and Rowan Blanchard hit the red carpet for the 2013 DigiFest LA, the Largest YouTube Music Festival, held at Hollywood Palladium on Saturday night (December 14) in Hollywood.
The two young actresses were joined by Amber Montana, Madison Pettis, Rebecca Black, Forever In Your Mind and more.
