Troian Bellisario is a beauty in blue outside her hotel in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (January 8).

Later on in the night, the 28-year-old actress, in Charlotte Ronson, met up with Pretty Little Liars costume designer Mandi Lane for the PLL Fashion Collection Launch event at Aeropostale Times Square.
