Justin Bieber has some fun riding an ATV on a beach on Monday afternoon (January 27) in Panama.

The 19-year-old singer was joined by Chantel Jeffries, the blonde model who was the passenger in his rented yellow Lamborghini when he was pulled over for drag racing last Thursday.

Justin and Chantel were spotted at another beach over the weekend.
