Shay Mitchell bares her midriff on the blue carpet at the DirecTV Super Saturday Night party and Jay-Z performance held at Pier 40 on Saturday night (February 1) in New York City.

The 26-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress was joined by Alec Baldwin‘s daughter, Ireland.
